At I Got the Heart 4 Kicks™, we want you to love every charm, patch, and piece you order. While all sales are final, we understand that things happen — and we’re here to make it right if something arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective.

💥 If there’s an issue with your order:

Please email us at igottheheart4kicks@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

  • Your name and order number

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

🔁 What happens next:

  • For items under $20, if we receive clear visual evidence, we typically do not require a return.

    • We may offer a replacement or store credit, depending on the situation.

    • In some cases, we may request a short video call to verify the issue live before we process a resolution.

  • For items over $20 or bundled orders:

    • We may require the item to be returned before sending a replacement.

    • If a return is requested, we’ll provide instructions and reimburse your return shipping once the issue is confirmed.

  • Video call in place of return: For some issues, especially with mid-range or custom-styled orders, we may offer a live video call instead of requiring a return. This helps speed up the process and avoid delays.
