At I Got the Heart 4 Kicks™, we know you're excited to rock your new charms, patches, and pieces, so we work to get every order out the door quickly and safely.
Order Processing
Orders are processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. During new drops, restocks, or promotions, processing may take a little longer, and we'll always do our best to keep you posted.
Shipping Rates & Delivery
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Once your order ships, standard delivery within the United States typically arrives within 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location and the carrier. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, we'll email you a confirmation with a tracking number so you can follow it every step of the way. If you haven't received tracking within 5 business days of ordering, please check your spam folder or reach out to us.
Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States. If you're located outside the US and would love a piece from us, email us at igottheheart4kicks@gmail.com and we'll let you know what we can do.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at purchase. If a package is returned to us due to an address error, you may be responsible for the cost of reshipping.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order is handed to the carrier, delivery timelines are outside our control. We are not liable for packages marked delivered by the carrier, or lost, stolen, or delayed in transit. That said, we'll always help you file a claim or track down your order, so reach out and we'll do what we can.
